I really need a new tablet, it was cutting in and out and doing some weird things during this drawing.
I imagine any weapons Mystique would be using at the time would just hang on the back of her belt. In lieu of her classic vag/ass cape I added a little sash with a skull on the side.

Not gonna lie, I invested more thought and time into the second one but nothings great the first take. The one on the left was a warm up sadly so he doesn't look as cool. Even his optic trail is sad. 

Hey, Internet!

So, I've been pretty disappointed with the recent X-men cartoons (Wolverine & the X-men, X-men: Evolution) having grown up watching the 90's series it's hard not to be. After watching Avengers Earth's Mightiest Hero's though I wondered why I enjoyed that series so much more compared to their recent attempts at X-Men, maybe it's because I don't know enough about the Avengers. Aside from the actual story I really liked the animation and style of the show, so, I thought I'd try my hand at a similar direction for an X-Men line-up.

Here's Rogue and Jean for now, I'll definitely take another pass at them before I'm satisfied but being 3 in the morning I think I'm done for tonight.
